Vernon has over 30 years of experience in the evaluation, design, and construction of utility infrastructure systems. Vernon has been extensively involved in full service utility infrastructure evaluations including Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Surveys (SSES), infiltration and inflow (I/I) reduction studies, flow meter and rainfall gauging programs, condition assessment projects, asset inventory programs, global positioning system (GPS) surveys, design and preparation of construction documents using both conventional excavation/replacement and trenchless "No Dig"-type rehabilitation, and utility construction inspection.
